1. **24-Hour Cancellation Policy**: If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment deposit will be charged in full. Early notice ensures smooth booking for everyone. 2. **Late Arrivals**: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we will turn you away and charge the full service fee. Please reach out if you’re running late—we offer a 10-15 minute grace period with advance notice. 3. **Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows**: Cancellations or no-shows on the same day will incur a full charge for the service booked. Consultations and treatment packages will include a $45 fee plus loss of deposit for cancellations, no-shows, or same-day reschedules. Product pickups that are missed or canceled will incur a $15 fee. For Hair appointments: cancellations and no shows will forefit the deposit on file. Rescheduling after a same day cancellation or no show will need a new deposit per service request. 4. **Same-Day Reschedules**: If you need to reschedule for another day, there will be a 50% charge. For same-day reschedules, there will be a $15 fee added to your service. For Hair Appointments: if you need to reschedule for another day, same day rescheduling will result in an extra depsoit to be paid. If you give me notice beforehand your depsoit will be transfered with reschedule date. *if you book for same day, and fee of $20 will apply for all hair appointments and facial appointments* 5. **Multiple Reschedules**: If you reschedule more than 3 times before completing your initial appointment, we may remove you from our client list, at the owner’s discretion. 6. **Tax/Processing Fee**: A 3.5% processing fee applies to all card payments.
